Matt & Ish Broadbent [Founders, Ocelot Chocolate ]

Ocelot Chocolate was created by husband and wife team Matt & Ish, who started the business from a back-room in their home in 2013, and have gone on to create their own micro chocolate factory in the old port of Leith in Edinburgh. They focus on dark, high percentage single-origin chocolate, with additions that include Bee Pollen & Mango, Raspberry & Vanilla, Scottish Island Sea Salt, Fig & Orange and Coffee Bean. The couple take complete creative control of the brand and take great pride in doing everything from the photography and social media right through to the packaging design, which is all based on their love of fashion and textiles, modern art, design and nature.
