Creative Dance London presents: A Spring in your Step (online)

This series explores new beginnings, coming out of hibernation and moving into a new positive space. Day and night are at equal length and it's time to make the most of both, tapping into how we feel and exploring how this makes us want to move. Our sessions are facilitated by our renowned dance artist Molly Wright who will leave you with a spring in your step.

Whether you are a professional dancer or new to dance these sessions are for you. Due to our unique facilitation methods all participants will find themselves nurtured and encouraged to challenge themselves, leaving you feeling inspired and invigorated by the end of the hour.

Expect high quality facilitation which will take you way beyond technique and into a space of physical investigation. Our sessions focus on structured dance improvisation, you will be invited to visualize, make associations and be open and willing to move like you have never moved before.

Through this block of 8 sessions across 8 weeks we will be inspired by imagery, music and one another to move and share together. Unlocking our imaginations to new experiences which will leave you uplifted not only through movement but through the connections we make with one another.
