Crew nights are back in Manchester thanks to our new ProConnect programme
On Monday 6th February between 630 - 9pm at The Open Centre, Studios Building, Media City one of our ever popular crew nights will be held in Manchester bringing together crew, production teams, creatives, filmmakers, facility houses and production companies.
Come along, grab a drink and meet up with friends and colleagues working in Manchester to make new contacts for work and hear what Creative England are doing to help you and your business through ProConnect our new programme.Joint-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the BFI, and in partnership with Greater Manchester Business Growth Hub, ProConnect will provide specialist support to SMEs working in or in the supply chain to the Film & TV production industry.
The programme will deliver a series of workshops, networking opportunities and one-to-one interactions over the three years, with the ambition of helping businesses and sole traders grow and improve their business opportunities and is part of the Greater Manchester Growth Hub programme to support business growth.
The programme will be designed to appeal to small businesses and sole traders in four different categories of film & TV-related business in the Greater Manchester area:
sole traders and entrepeneurs ( crew and creatives)
Supply chain companies wanting to raise their profile in Film & TV ( hotels, venues, location owners
We're delighted to announce that the event will be supported by Performance film and media insurance who will be talking about how they can help you and your production and Nationwide Platforms who will be running a stand at the crew night and will talk about the services they offer
