Frequently asked questions

How long is the event

The event lasts for three days starting on the day you booked your ticket for and ending at 4pm on the third day. We ask that your child arrives at least 10 mins before the published start time.

I want my child to attend but has an older / younger sibling. Can they attend to?

Yes, as long as you have booked a ticket your children outside of the recommended age can attend if you believe they are suitable for the event. We don't recommend this event for children under 9 or over 16.

Am I able to stay with my child during the event?

We would never ask a worried parent to leave if you believe it is necessary to stay. When this is needed you may be encouraged to join in the activities, although you are not expected to do so. Bear in mind the course is designed to build confidence and resilience in your child.

Will my child be fed during the event

Yes lunch will be provided. You will be asked to complete a dietary requirements form prior to the event start date. There are regular breaks for eating drinking and toileting during the event. We do also supply bottled water.

Will reasonable adjustments and accessibility requirements be made for my child?

Yes, we pride ourselves on making our programs fully accessible. You will be asked to complete a requirements capture form prior to the event to ensure all of your child's needs are met. Please also note that all of our coaches have valid DBS certificates and are SEND trained.
