Teaching grammar is one of the most dificult topics to make interesting especially within a school setting. However most teachers will agree that it's an important part of an EFL class and forms the building blocks towards a good command of the English language but what can we do to make it more interesting for learners? How can we integrate grammar into the class without using the typical "fill the gaps" activites that put our students to sleep on a Friday morning? There are lots of new ideas but which ones work?
Well next Wednesday 26th of October we will be looking at these questions with Catherine Glennon a teacher trainer and examiner with over 14 years experience working with the British Council. She has researched this topic and has some great ideas that have been tried and tested around the world.
