Aims to introduce participants to creative journaling for personal use or with clients/students.
This workshop is aimed at discovering how journaling may be used for creative reflection and wellbeing. Participants will learn journaling techniques that help promote wellbeing. We will look at examples of journaling for health and explore barriers to journaling. All materials supplied for exercises.
This workshop is suitable for individuals and therapists.
Morning session: Breathe weaving; sensory approaches to journaling; groupwork journaling techniques.
Afternoon session: Meditation and journaling; mapping emotions; body maps; toolbox for the future.
Trish Miller is an arts facilitator with 30 years experience working in the community, schools and therapy based settings.
£60 if paid in advance or £65 at the door.
Refreshments, snacks, handouts and CPD certificate are included in the price.
Note – lunch is not included.
