During this 4 week course we will use prompts to aid deeper exploration of ourselves. The maximum number of attendees on this course will be 8 in order to create a safe and confidential space where we can explore ourselves and our work.
There is no prior creative experience of artistic flair needed.
You will need to bring your own journal, all other materials will be provided.
Please note that if you choose to you will be working with paint and other potentially messy materials, so dress appropiatley.
