Utilising kindness and curiosity, flex your creative and playful side to release your inner child in this fun inclusive session.

Play is proven as the best way to feel-good, learn, and stay 'young at heart' and creativity helps us get into a flow state.

You will need: paper, pens, self-kindness and curiosity.

Tickets are free if you need, or I am collecting donations of whatever you can, which I will pass onto charity to #payitforward. You are encouraged to get a ticket for someone else as well as yourself, as a gift for them.
