Hosted by Infijoy’s Head of Content and Art Therapy Practitioner, Tracy Thomas, this interactive 2-hour session is thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your creative side and, more importantly, deepen your relationship with the most important person in your life: yourself.
Through a series of practical art therapy activities, you’ll gently explore the stories you tell yourself, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and learn how to use creative expression as a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. This workshop isn’t about artistic skill - it’s about creating space to see yourself with greater kindness, acceptance, and curiosity.
You’ll also reflect on the broader meaning of love. Beyond romance, love is a universal force woven into self-love - nurturing and accepting who you truly are; familial love, built on shared history and loyalty; and the love of friendship, grounded in trust and companionship. We’ll look at how love shows up in everyday moments: in acts of gratitude, compassion toward others, and most importantly, compassion toward ourselves.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with new creative practices to help express your emotions, reduce stress, and gently build self-esteem from within. You’ll gain fresh perspectives on your life and discover how art therapy can guide you toward living more authentically with greater clarity, connection, and care for yourself and those around you.
No art experience is needed - just an open mind and the desire to get to know yourself better. Come join us, and explore how creativity can help you nurture a deeper, kinder, and more confident relationship with yourself.
