Our April Makers’ Club meeting is all about sharing the skills and experience you have, helping each other to move your business forward.
As well as being a maker, you probably have other skills that are useful in business. Maybe you’re a top Tweeter, but you’re not so great at taking photos of your work. Or perhaps you make fantastic fabric and need a super seamstress to help you make it into bags or clothes. Or you could be an illustrator who will design a logo for someone in return for some help with setting up Excel spreadsheets to keep track of your costs.
So come along with an idea of what you can offer, and what you need help with. Our “speed dating” session will give you a chance to match your skills and needs with those of other people, and have fun while doing it.
We’re holding this event at the Impact Hub Brixton, a wonderful co-working space that helps members connect and do their best work. So you’ll have the chance to meet other entrepreneurs with different skills too, especially in the informal networking afterwards.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about your fellow makers’ hidden (and not so hidden) talents, and how you can help each other!
