Come and join David and Anna for an in-person day exploring creative supervision with an opportunity to try it out and experience for yourself how this approach deepens and enriches your reflective practice, your development as a coach and the benefits to your clients.
Through this in-person day you will:
· Deepen your understanding of supervision and its importance to your professional coaching practice.
· Explore and understand the unique value that creative supervision gives to your personal and professional development.
· Experience creative group supervision and take away new insights for you and your practice.
· Meet, get to know and network with other coaches in person in the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area.
While we are focusing the day as an opportunity for coaches in Herts and Bucks to come together and network, colleagues from other accessible locations are welcome.
The day will be relaxed, reflective and creative where Anna and I will co-create with you a safe space for discussion and practice.
The Memorial Hall is close to Junction 18 on the M25 and Chorleywood station, which is served by both the Metropolitan Line and Chiltern Rail.
About David and Anna
David – qualified leadership coach (ILM & Henley Business School), trained coach supervisor (Bath Consultancy Group), AC accredited Art in Coaching practitioner (Diploma in Art-based Coaching), author and artist/cartoonist.
I see supervision as a reflective, collaborative, co-created space where we mobilise our intellectual, emotional and creative energies to explore diverse experiences and perspectives. Coming together as curious equals lays the ground for support and mutual challenge in the service of generating benefits for coaches, and ultimately their clients.
Using art in supervision opens up conversations about possibilities that might otherwise be missed, tapping into the emotions and values that drive our thinking and behaviour. Where appropriate, enabling coaches to unleash their image-making potential can involve the sketching of cartoons to explore constructively the absurdities of organisational life.

Anna – AC accredited master supervisor, APECS accredited master executive coach, author and artist
In my supervision I aim to build a reflective, creative and thoughtful space for coaches to explore their coaching clients, their personal development and their broader practice.
Here using art is invaluable for exploring and reflecting on the coaching dynamics within your coaching relationships, offering an opportunity to gain new insights and different perspectives at a deeper and more transformative level. It also deepens self-awareness and understanding, supporting your personal development and growth as a coach.
