This workshop will be an interactive session where we will look at burnout from a TA perspective. It introduce interventions, and creative techniques for supporting clients with this presentation. It is suitable for anyone, you do not need to have a TA background!

  • Recognising burnout in clients, and interventions to support self reflection.
  • Recognising burnout in ourselves as therapists.
  • New creative interventions that can support clients to take control of their lives.

  • It will deepen TA knowledge for beginners and build upon experienced individuals background and support them in using the TA lense to help clients in a more creative way.


RECORDING 

This event will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.


ZOOM 

This event will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

The guide price for this event is £20.00, however, we appreciate that income varies greatly in different locations and circumstances. I am a qualified counsellor and trainee Transactional Analyst, working in my own practice in Leeds where I have worked the past three years. I specialise in working with disordered eating, and body image issues.
