About this event

Creative Tourism Event

11th March 5.30pm for 6pm until 7.45pm/8pm

Flour Mill, 34 Commercial Street, Dundee, DD1 3EJ

This event is aimed at highlighting the opportunities to the creative industries sector to consider the visitor economy as a new target market for their existing products/services and/or the development of new products.

Dundee is one of 8 regions involved in Cult-CreaTE which is looking at developing links with Cultural Creative Industries and connecting them to Cultural Creative Tourism opportunities. We will use this event to consult with you and help us develop our Action Plan.

We will also be hosting all the partners in the city on 28th & 29th April and there will be opportunities to showcase the city and our cultural and creative products.

Dundee is a creative city and the only UNESCO City of Design in the UK, the opening of the V&A Dundee and opportunities to collaborate around their exhibitions such as Quant and the development of the new Dundee Tourism Strategy 2020 – 2025 – it is an exciting time to be in Dundee.
