Sustainable Creative Textile Exploration Workshop for Children and Parents

Learn about the different sustainable fibres we use at our weaving studio: wool, cotton, linen, hemp, silk and recycled acrylic yarns and where they come from, including spinning.

Explore all the different colours and textures of our yarns on the yarn wall and choose your favorite ones to create a piece of cloth

Learn to use our Japanese floorlooms and weave your piece of cloth together

In this 3 hour session, you will weave a piece of cloth of 60 - 100cm

Take home your cloth and use it as a cushion, wall hanging or simple stuffed toy

All materials and refreshments included

One parent and one child per booking
