Join us for a FREE creative workshop suitable for all ages 3-100+ exploring 'what makes you happy?' In this workshop we will be creating a large collective drawing of things that make us happy, junk modelling a scene or symbol from our happiest memories, and creating a short dance together based on things that make us happy.
This event has a capacity of 45 people. No experience is needed - just enthhusiasm and imagination! All materials will be supplied. Dance will be simple and beginner friendly. Other creative tasks will be available if participants do not wish to take part in the dance section.

About Project Happiness
Project Happiness is a new show in development about what makes us happy. We are working with ages 1-100+ with local communities across Adur and Arun to hold workshops creatively exploring 'what makes you happy?' The outcomes from these workshops will then be used to help shape the structure and storyline of a new show which will premiere in October 2026 at Windmill Theatre. By taking part in these workshops, you will be part of this huge project which brings generations together to celebrate what makes us happy. Project Happiness is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
Booking information
All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. When booking please book 1 ticket per person attending. Children under the age of 3 are more than welcome but some of the activities may not be as suitable for them. Thank you
