🌿 About the Workshops
Living with a meningioma can bring changes to how we see ourselves and the world around us.
These two creative workshops offer a calm and supportive space to explore that experience through art and photography — helping you express what words alone can’t always capture.
No previous art experience is needed. You’ll be gently guided by experienced creative facilitators in a relaxed hospital environment.
🎨 Workshop 1: Holding My Story – Clay & Collage
Using soft air-dry clay and mixed-media collage, you’ll create a tactile piece that represents your emotions, memories, and sources of strength.
This hands-on, sensory activity encourages calm focus and self-expression in a supportive, understanding space.
✨ Workshop 2: Through My Eyes – Photography & Reflection
Discover new perspectives through the lens of a camera.
Using simple photographic exercises, you’ll explore how living with a meningioma shapes the way you see yourself, your surroundings, and your story.
We’ll take time to share and reflect on the images together.
