Creative Writing: Inspired By Nature
We are surrounded by prompts for writing everywhere we look, no more so than our natural environment.
Come along to this relaxed and friendly writing course and be inspired by various prompts to see what creative pieces you can come up with! You'll be supported by our experienced tutor and perhaps your writing will spark a new creative practice for you!
No experience is necessary for this free of charge class.
What will I learn?
- Introduction to nature writing - explore activities to begin writing.
- Build confidence and explore more prompts and guides to produce your own nature writing.
Venue
This course takes place at the Parish Room at St David's church. You will find us at the rear corner of the church, opposite the college - look out for the bright pink banner to help you find us! The room is fully accessible.
There will be a short break with free tea and coffee provided.
You will be required to complete an Exeter College Registration Form at the first session.
Commitment: we ask that learners try to commit to the full 5-week course to enable everyone to get the most from the sessions.
Courses are popular and we run a waiting list on our Eventbrite courses, please cancel your place on Eventbrite or advise us if you are no longer able to attend the course so we can offer your place to somebody else.
