Let's take you on a whistle-stop tour of the world of the all-important account handler! As the main link between Creative Agency and client, account handlers have to keep many balls in the air so Will and Katie will give you an insight into the key aspects of their roles, the tools they use to keep track of Creative projects, and the skills needed to deliver on client objectives.
Will manages advertising for a variety of our clients. He works with them to create campaign strategies and ensures we deliver effective campaigns and communications that deliver against client objectives. Recently part of the team that won a competitive pitch to work with Open University.
Katie is an RKH Advertising Account Manager. She has been in the industry for 6 years, and has worked on projects with Kenwood Delonghi, The Open University, Taylor Wimpey and Vision Express.
