Are you a carer or someone being cared for?

Join us for a FREE, inclusive, and joyful journey of creativity, relaxation, and community.

12 Weeks (term-time only) of creative fun for carers and the people they care for, plus a public art exhibition and a celebration buffet in Week 13.

Enjoy:

• Mindfulness mandalas.
• Clay creations.
• Rock and 3D painting (snails, frogs and owls etc).
• Watercolours and acrylics.
• Collaborative canvases.
• A relaxing sound bath.
• And weekly creative journaling.

Make friends, express yourself, and boost your wellbeing.

No experience needed – All materials provided!

Spaces are limited – reserve early!

The dates are as follows, unless otherwise stated, they're all on a Monday 10am until1pm:

1. 8th December 2025 - Introductions and colour theory
2. 15th December 2025
3. 12th January 2026
4. 19th Janury 2026 - Mandala part 1 of 2
5. 21st January 2026 (Wednesday) - Mandala part 2 of 2
6. 26th February 2026
7. 2nd February 2026
8. 9th February 2026
9. 23rd February 2026
10. 2nd March 2026
11. 9th March 2026
12. 16th March 2026
13. 23rd March 2026 - Exhibition

Terms times and school holiday periods are accomodated as much as possible for thoose with childcre responsibilities. But we can only account for these dates from our own Local Authority.

Breaks and holiday periods:

• 22nd and 29th December 2025 - Christmas and New Year school break
• 16th February 2026 - Half term break

We conclude just in time for the school holiday break that starts the week ending 27th March 2026
