How to be more creative
Here is a blogpost about how to be more creative with Improvisation.
In this workshop we explore what it means to be creative and how we can enhance our own creativity.
We will guide you gently through improvisation exercises with side-coaching and group feedback so that you can:
- Access your creative self
- Discover your personal Muses and unleash your inner artist
- Find ways of being more creative in everyday settings
- Playfully increase your psychological well-being
- Resist the unhelpful inner perfectionist
Our tutors are highly experienced improvisers, trainers, speakers, and coaches.
