Hi! I'm Tamara,
As an illustrator, I'm all about visual storytelling and one of the most important features of a story is the characters. In this workshop we'll be unleashing your imagination to invent your very own unique characters and bring them to life on paper through the medium of watercolour and pen.
- This workshop takes place within the Ground Gallery, Wilton Shopping Centre (The Guild), next to Wilton Carpets.
- You'll come away with two beautiful fantastical character designs on high quality art paper.
- Recommended age 7+
- Ideal for fantasy lovers and those who love Pokémon.
- All materials are included, including quality watercolours and brushes.
- There will be myself and another artist at the gallery space.
- All present must be mindful that there are valuable items of art in the galley.
- I encourage parents and guardians to join in, otherwise I ask that you stay on site at the shopping centre incase your child needs you. There's Weavers cafe just across the courtyard and recently opened shops to peruse including Pod & Pip.
- There is no toilet in the gallery unit, but you can find one round the corner, next to Weavers Cafe.
- Free parking at the shopping centre, and bus stops nearby.
Tickets are by donation, however a contribution to tuition and materials would be so appreciated if you're able. Contributions help me run future workshops and also support my artistic endeavours. Suggested contribution £10 per person.
