Agency credentials are always a hot topic in the creative industries. Sadly, as in the fable of the cobbler’s son and his ugly, ill-fitting shoes, they can often suffer from a lack of love and tread a familiar path.

Whether you’re trying to get the attention of a prospective client, wow them in an introductory setting, or pitch for their business, credentials are a key component to showcasing your agency’s experience, the value you can add and impact you can have on a prospect’s business.


Over the past six years The Future Factory has worked with over 200 agencies, leading their business development and tying new business strategies to agency marketing and collateral. This exposure to the agency and brand world gives us a unique perspective and positions us perfectly to advise on the role that credentials play in the business development process.


This course is aimed at anybody involved with your agency’s new business plan or agency marketing processes, from your Marketing Manager to your Managing Director, and is delivered by Sam Wheatman, Design Lead at The Future Factory. Sam oversees the delivery of all of The Future Factory’s design and design consultancy projects. In addition, Sam has supported the new business drive of over 100 agencies.
