Frequently asked questions

Can I come if this is my second or third baby?

Simply- YES! Come enjoy the classes and information. There is always something to learn no matter how many children you have had.

Will there be food and drink available?

YES, I always have the kettle on and juice and water as alternatives. There are always biscuits and cake! (and fruit)

When should I book into an Antenatal Course?

That's a good question! Some people like to book earlier around 20 weeks and some later in their third trimester. To give you an idea, my last course had Birthing teams ranging from 17 weeks to 35 weeks! So it is up to you.

How big are you classes?

I like smaller groups to offer a personalised anf friendly approach. It gives you all more chance to connect too. There is a Max of 8 birthing teams in each class. But it is usually 5-6!
