Which young people are eligible for a free place?

11-16 year olds entitled to free school meals or assessed by Devon Council as being in need, at risk or vulnerable, detailed at https://www.devon.gov.uk/educationandfamilies/family-support/haf-programme/information-for-parents/

How do I access a free place for my young person?

Enter your young persons unique identifier number at booking. Devon County Council has issued unique identifier numbers for all eligible young people. These are provided to schools and *should* have been emailed to to families.

I haven't received a code but am sure my young person is eligible. How do I get my code?

Please email childsc.holidayactivitiesfoodprogramme-mailbox@devon.gov.uk with your child's legal name and birthdate and the reason you believe your young person is eligible (Free School meal eligibility, EHCP etc) and they will look up and email you the number.

Can my young person attend some but not all dates?
