Self-Defence Sessions

Cheshire Police have teamed up with Her-Place and My CWA to provide FREE 1 hour self-defence sessions aimed to improve confidence and awareness to residents across Cheshire East.

The sessions will look at:

· Holds and Grabs

· Effective Strikes

· Knife defence

· Pins to the floor

Please note these sessions are WOMEN ONLY events on the 17th November and 12th January sessions.
