The Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association (SYLA), in association with the Scottish Criminal Bar Association, has announced details of its popular Annual Criminal Day Conference, taking place in the Hilton Grosvenor, Edinburgh on Saturday, 5 November 2016.
In keeping with years past, some of Scotland’s top criminal practitioners will be instructing delegates on the development, and improvement, of court advocacy skills. Thomas Ross, President of the Scottish Criminal Bar Association, Claire Mitchell, Vice President of the Scottish Criminal Bar Association, Brian McConnachie QC, John Scullion QC and Tony Lenehan will be among the speakers.
The conference will close at 5pm with a drinks reception.
The conference offers 6 hours CPD, at the rate of £60 (£45 concession for students).
