Criminal Law Solicitors Association Conference & AGM Birmingham 4th Novembe...
Fri 4 November 2016, 09:45 – 16:15 GMT
Guilty until proved innocent?
The CLSA Conference & AGM this year will be held at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham on Friday 4th November from 9:45
This popular event is a highlight of our year.
This year the theme is the erosion of justice. This takes many forms:-
- the irrevocable damage to reputations by naming suspects;
- appalling standards of disclosure in the criminal courts;
- various “transforming” programs that seem designed to undermine fair trials;
- Pressure to Plead Hearings following limited disclosure.
