Crisis Care Concordat National Summit 2016
Tuesday 25th October 2016
Venue: Kia Oval, London SE11 5SS
The Crisis Care Concordat National Summit is a full day programme celebrating progress, innovation, and improving practice since the launch of the Concordat in February 2014. In 2014 and 2015 the day brought together 200+ national and local leaders from across health, policing, social care, local government and the voluntary and community sectors, and people who use services and carers.
This year the focus will be on what more we can all do to maintain the momentum and ensure that anyone who experiences mental health crisis receive appropriate, timely and urgent care and support, irrespective of where they are in the country, or which service they turn to first.
We’re currently in the process of finalising the rest of the agenda for this year’s Summit.
Expert panel discussions and seminar sessions will provide opportunities to discuss the challenges moving forward, share examples of innovation and good practice, and look at the future development of responsive services that keep people in crisis safe and help them get the support that they need.
A full agenda will be available shortly.
