Event description

Description

A crisis can not only damage reputations, but sometimes destroy them completely. Mazar Masud examines how can we recognise, respond to and deal with a crisis. And, what tools do we have at our disposal to successfully manage one? Drawing up some case studies, this session will investigate best practice and outline some key principles that may help protect the reputation of your clients.

After completing this session you should be able to:

- Identify the evolution of a crisis and its stages

- Understand the five principles of a crisis

- Discuss best practice using crisis case studies

- Identify how some organisations got it wrong

- Describe different communication approaches in a crisis

All profits from our Summer Stars lectures go to funding our mission of improving diversity in the PR industry.
