Criteria led discharge masterclasses

NHS Improvement's nursing directorate is leading a national collaborative which will focus on increasing the use of criteria led discharge as a mechanism to improve patient experience and help to address winter pressures.

We are holding two masterclasses to launch the collaborative on:

• 30 June - London
• 7 July - Birmingham

The masterclasses will provide an opportunity to hear from experts in the field who will share their knowledge and experience of using criteria led discharge in practice.

The masterclasses will start 10:00am (with registration from 9.30am) and will conclude by 4.00pm. You only need to attend one of the masterclasses as they will both be covering the same content.

Please note, you do not have to attend the masterclass that is held in your region. Please choose the date and location most convenient to you.

These interactive masterclasses will provide:

• an overview of implementing criteria led discharge in practice
  
  
• an opportunity to discuss the enablers and barriers to implementation
  
  
• an opportunity to join the criteria led discharge 90 improvement collaborative.

Please register as soon as possible as spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.

These masterclasses will provide an overview of improvement methodology and invite delegates to join the criteria led discharge 30/60/90 day collaborative. Events for the 30/60/90 day collaborative will be held on 7 August, 11 September and 9 october. Organisations wishing to join the collaboration should attend all three of these events.
