CRM Training & Support - Brighton - Sunday 3rd February 2019 - 10am to 3pm
Event Information
Description
With the GDPR in place and to help you keep in line with the guidance from Network Headquarters, we now have to avoid having pieces of paper with peoples' data on it and therefore, you will need a digital system.
Here is an option for you which is also HIGHLY duplicatable to your teams...
The Less Annoying CRM was heavily endorsed and recognised by our amazing company because of how amazing it is.
It's an incredibly powerful and helpful tool to simplify your life, help you build a bigger business and stay organised for the future too.
It’s a very simple website that you can access on your Tablet, Mobile Phone, Computer or Laptop, the choices are endless and that means your information can always be within easy reach.
If you are fairly new to using CRM, or would like to start to use it, or even if you have been using it for a while and would like more skills, tips and advice in making the most of it, then help is at hand.
My intention is to share a lot of my knowledge, tips and tricks that I use the CRM for such as:
- Having all of my contacts in 1 place. What to do when I make contact with a new Propsect for the services or the Business and how to move them along.
- What to do when I have signed up a new customer or partner. An easier and easily managed Calendar. Tracking any emails with my contacts automatically I can see within a blink of an eye who my prospects are with for their Broadband, this is especially helpful when BT, Sky and the others, hike their prices!!!!
- Have my notes easily to hand about each prospect and where they are up to in my prospecting process.
Each time I run this training, I learn something new which is then passed on to the next class. It’s an ever evolving and growing learning process, a perfect example of us all helping one another grow and succeed.
You will need:
- IDEALLY, a laptop (if you have one) or your Tablet (UW Tablet, own Tablet or iPad - It all works). Please ensure it is fully charged for the day, electricity outlets will be provided on the day but they will be limited.
