Join Alex Crockford, our fitness expert, on a 12-week programme to get yourself fit for the summer!
Alex will meet you in person at The Willow every 4 weeks to demonstrate his CrockFit home fitness and nutrition programme, he explains everything you need to know for each upcoming phase of the program. Track your progress as you go with a top of the range TANITA bodyfat scanner and get team encouragement at the regular meet ups at The Willow. The CrockFit plan includes a nutritional plan to fuel your body and keep you on track.
Alex and the team will also be on hand via social media throughout the 12 weeks to support you and your fellow #Willowfit colleagues to help you along the way!
No dumbbells, no gruelling gym sessions, just you and your bodyweight striving to get lean in 2017!

Alex Crockford is a professional trainer (PT) and health fitness model and has been featured in Men's Fitness multiple times. He started the #CrockFit program 2 years ago as a means to help people around the world lose weight and gain muscle. Alex has been tremendously successful and has developed an online community of over 110,000.
Price is £120 plus eventbrite booking fee. All course materials and health scans are included in the cost. This also gives access to a discount for the health food and drink at The Willow.
