About this event
We support people at different stages of life to reconnect, stay active, learn, and feel cared for.
Our group brings together a diverse mix of cultures, backgrounds, and income levels, fostering a vibrant, welcoming space where everyone has opportunities to contribute to discussions or activities.
Each week, we explore topics linked to mental, physical, and financial well-being—like energy saving, budgeting, side hustles, healthy eating, and staying active. We share food, life stories, and practical skills, celebrating joy, friendship, and confidence while supporting each other through life’s challenges.
Crofton Connect helps reduce isolation and strengthens the community through shared presence and kindness.
Come and join us for a conversation in our warm, inclusive and peer-led community wellbeing club – rooted in the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. Free to attend. Tea, laughter and meaningful connection included.
You can bring along healthy food or drink to share with the group. Due to allergies, we ask everyone not to bring any food that contains nuts. Voluntary donations are welcome to help us keep the club thriving.
