CrossFit Beginner Session

CrossFit JXL was founded in March 2016, and is the passion of Coach Gary McGarva who wanted to bring CrossFit - which is an inclusive and varied fitness training program that he had found whilst working in Dubai - to get people fitter and healthier in the UK.
What is CrossFit? CrossFit helps people improve their fitness levels and gets them healthier by taking all of the best forms of training out in the world and re-packaging them into a 60-minute session that is fun, varied and above all else achievable by all capabilities and fitness levels.
Who does CrossFit? We have all levels of fitness, and all walks of life training with us. You DO NOT need to be a super fit Olympic athlete to train using CrossFit...it is the very opposite. We pride ourselves on helping ALL levels of fitness to achieve their goals, so it does not matter if you are not at your optimal level of fitness when you turn up...we see it as our job to help you change it!
Community is everything to us at CrossFit JXL and anyone who turns up at our door can expect support, encouragement, and to feel part of the action. We pride ourselves on helping people achieve and in our very short time of being open, we have helped improve the lives of many of our members. Here is was they have to say about their experiences:
