Thin slices of bread topped with savoury gourmet foods, such as cheeses, enhanced with a variety of toppings.
Come and join us for an informal evening exploring the delightful world of artisanal cheeses, natural wines and homemade local bread.
You will go through seven exceptional crostini and fine varieties of French and Italian organic wine pairings that have been carefully selected from small producers, all to be perfectly combined in your palate.

Tasting for one:
selection of seven cheese crostini (the selection varies according to season)
three glasses of fine wines (bubbles, white, red)
On arrival you will be welcomed by the hosts, Lorenzo and Yael.
Once you will be seated, you will find in front of you three glasses of different wines. Seven different crostini will be made live in front of you, and each of them will be presented and explained. Crostini and wines will follow an escalation, starting from bubbles paired with lighter crostini, then switching to white and then red wines, each matched with the corresponding crostini.
Throughout the event there will be the possibility to purchase extra wines and beers.
After the event there will be a 30 minutes slot to buy the cheeses you most liked.
