Crowdcube are excited to announce a breakfast event this December designed to provide founders with a better insight into equity crowdfunding as an option, best case practices and our processes while also giving you a chance to learn from your peers.
Azoomee is an EdTech start-up that provides a safe app for primary-aged children where they can watch, play, listen and get creative in one secure place. The app is pre-loaded onto O2’s Family Tablet and the company is a strategic partner of the NSPCC. Having already raised £2.1m investment from HNWs and instituions, they raised near £800,000 from 390 investors with Crowdcube in October 2016.
Daily Dose produces 100% fresh unprocessed cold pressed juices. The london based juicery began trading this year and is now stocked in a number of independent cafes and restaurants, including offering a white labelled solution. Their campaign successfully raised £125,000 from 198 investors.
Topics we'll cover include how to value your start-up, marketing efforts to consider, video creation, management of shareholders and how best to execute on a campaign all round. The event will be held in a casual setting at Crowdcube’s London offices in Clerkenwell and will be mostly discussion based. Coffee and croissants provided.
Places will be limited per session in order to keep discussions as manageable and relevant as possible and is targeted at entrepreneurs who are past the proof-of-concept stage or have an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). If unsure, please fill out the short form and we will let you know as soon as possible depending on demand.
