Oakleafe Sussex Rambling offers a 5.15-mile circular Downland guided ramble from the CROWLINK National Trust car park near Friston/East Dean. Our ramble includes sections of the Seven Sisters HABITAT TRAIL and the edges of Friston Forest, plus about half of the Seven Sisters on the South Downs Way; and the Crowlink Valley. There will be up to 4 stiles and our route ascends a total of 732 feet, so nearly half of the route is ascending in order to achieve some great views (weather/visibility permitting!).
