💪🏾 About Bloodline Warriors
Bloodline Warriors is a Croydon youth-led initiative by young people living with or impacted by sickle cell and thalassaemia.
We are a collective of young leaders, creatives, peer mentors, and supporters working alongside healthcare professionals, families, and community advocates all united by one goal: to support, uplift, and empower youth as they transition from paediatric to adult care.
We're not just a group we’re a movement, standing strong together to:
Champion the voices of young people ✊🏾
Break down stigma around invisible illnesses 🏥
Build a community that’s safe, vibrant, and inclusive 🫂
Provide the tools for health ownership and creative expression 🎥🎨
See you there!
