If you live in temporary accommodation in Croydon please join us as we build our campaign for better accommodation. On Thursday 6th June we will be meeting at South Norwood Community Kitchen at 1pm.
In December as a group we wrote to Croydon Council demanding they improve their council ran temporary accommodation blocks. We have now received a response and the council have made committments to improve their temporary accommodation offer.
We need to keep scrutinising this committment and secure a committment for people who are placed in other types of temporary accommodation that is unsuitable.
Come and join this group meeting so we can plan for the next stage of the campaign.
