Trainers: Patrick Wimble – Co-Founder of Lightbulb Consulting and Associate Lecturer Oxford School of Hospitality Management and Patricia Griffin – Co-Founder of Lightbulb Consulting.

Patrick Wimble Experience: Patrick Wimble is a highly-experienced leader in the hospitality sector with over 25 years’ multi-industry and multi-geographical experience. He has led and worked with high performing teams across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

His core skills include:

  • Developing and implementing hotel, area and regional commercial strategies

  • New hotel opening positioning and strategies

  • Developing and delivering commercial training programmes, including food & beverage revenue-driving programmes

  • Coaching and mentoring teams and individuals

Patricia Griffin Experience: Patricia Griffin is a senior business and commercial leader, specialising in revenue management and team development across multi-industry sectors including airlines, hotels, coach and train companies for the past 20 years.

Her core skills include:

  • Process re-engineering

  • Cultural change programmes

  • Strategic planning and delivery

  • Cross-functional team engagement and support

  • Project management

  • Team and individual development

Today’s business leaders work in increasingly complex environments, required to understand and balance the perspectives of an unprecedented variety of areas of expertise. This engaging and informative course is designed to enable hospitality leaders to explore and develop a vital tool box of skills and capabilities to lead their organisation in managing, marketing and selling their business.

Through the course of the 2 days we will cover:

  • Determining your most profitable business.

  • Strategic Business Planning.

  • Building a coaching and mentoring culture in your organisation.

  • Operational excellence - bringing it to life across the business.

  • Revenue Management for leaders. An overview of core revenue management skills and the key questions to ask your revenue leader daily.

Please note this is a 2 day course. If you require accommodation we have agreed reduced rate of dinner, bed and breakfast for £105 INC VAT per night for guests wishing to stay on 24th or 25th May. Please contact CIM | Moor Hall directly to book accommodation.
