This workshop provides you with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback, manage the subsequent emotions and create a personal action plan as a result.

It will also give you a structured approach to giving and receiving feedback whilst engaging and recognising the emotions of others.

Full day - two sessions: 10.00 – 12.00 and 14.00-16.00

Ask each member of your team two questions:

1. Could you tell me two things that you appreciate me doing and why?

2. Could you tell me two things I could do differently to get the best from you?

You can do this face-to-face, by email, or whatever method you choose.

Please collate the feedback and come prepared to discuss your findings in the session.

Do not respond at this stage to the feedback or attempt to ‘defend’ yourself! Just thank them for their feedback.
