Our sound baths are offered as a chance to rest, receive and connect with your Deep Self. As the body listens to the sound with every cell, vibrations are felt as tangible movements of energy. People often see colours or enter a dreamlike space of inspiration and knowing. Nothing is expected of you and there is no dogma to follow - this is simply an opportunity to lay down and be soothed by the celestial harmonies as we gather to share peace.
The Alchemies Studio is home to the UK's largest collection of Crystal Tones singing bowls - the energy of this space holds deep stillness. Surrounded by the countryside, our sound baths here have been profoundly peaceful. There will be a super cosy yoga mat and fluffy blanket for you, along with a pillow and eye mask. A very luxe set-up for a restorative journey into yourself.
