Accessing the Cup of the Heart with Andean Opal

The Cup of the heart is a tangible and metaphysical space. Existing beyond us yet having a physical correlation with the heart chakra, situated at the centre of the chest. This cup is akin to a crucible and able to hold all modes & muddles of emotion, experience and behaviour.

During this session we will connect to this spacious container to review with clarity our relationship with the free flow of unconditional love. Delivering transformation to any elements that interrupt this flow, be it in the giving or receiving of unconditional love.

Reclaiming Coherence through Calm with Chariote

This is an offering to bring calm to the central nervous system by focusing on the spine. Softening this internal pillar of support so as to connect with the third eye in a centred, structured way.

By removing factors like stress & shock from the spine & central nervous system a bridge will be created to the third eye. Opening up the visionary function of the third eye with a sense of coherence that will allow you to inhabit a more settled feeling about yourself and your future.

During each of the offerings you will receive:

• Information on the Crystal being worked with
• Guided meditation to ground, open and hold your channel
• Guided breathwork to engage a state of expansion
• The benefit of sharing your experience with others to help integration
