Crystal Meditation- a FREE 30 minute workshop

Join Naomi to experience and learn about how crystals can aid and enhance meditation. Naomi will be suggesting which crystals to include and how to utilise them, not just in meditation but also as a tool for mindfulness.

The workshop is totally free, and will take place in our workshop area A. Our team will be on hand to guide and direct should you have any difficulties.
