Hi, my name is Vayshali. I’m a local Reiki Healer and Crystal Intuitive based in Reading, Berkshire. I love sharing the gentle, supportive energies of crystals and helping people experience how they can bring balance to mind, body, and spirit. I'd love to welcome you to one of my events :)

Crystal meditation combines guided relaxation with the supportive energies of crystals. The crystals are placed or held nearby to help calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance in body and spirit. It’s a gentle way to relax, recharge, and connect with yourself.

Do I need to brings crystals with me?

Accepted Answer

No, you don’t need to bring anything. I’ll have a beautiful “library” of crystals at the event for you to work with and enjoy—a chance to explore new stones and energies. You’ll be able to choose the one you feel most drawn to on the day.

Who will be at the event?

You’ll be joining a mix of local people—many who are completely new to crystals and meditation, as well as those who already love working with them. Everyone is welcome, and the space is designed to feel supportive no matter your level of experience.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! I know trying something new for the first time can feel a little scary, so you’re more than welcome to share this experience with a friend. It’s a beautiful way to relax together and explore crystal healing in a supportive, friendly space.
