About this event

Being inclusive and nurturing diversity is an expectation of all senior civil servants, and is a priority for the Civil Service. Three key components help to create inclusive cultures, which are; having a sense of belonging, feeling able to be authentic and have a voice.

We will explore how you as a senior leader can cultivate the conditions for people to feel this way, to create an inclusive work environment, where you can get the best out of yourself and your team.
