The Four pillars of CSR accreditation

CSR-A has created the Four Pillars of CSR.

It is intended that this unique system of categorising CSR activity will become the standard method that organisations use to identify, audit and report their activity. The Four Pillars structure facilities and encourages users to break down their CSR policy and actions into manageable groups. It is also intended that a uniformity is created across organisations for ease of comparison, measurement and reporting.

Many or indeed most of us will have already implemented positive action in one or more of the four pillar.

This module covers :

  • how the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Four Pillars fit together
  • Environment
  • Workplace
  • Community
  • Philanthropy
  • Examples of implementing the four pillars in a CSR audit/report
  • Auditing and Reporting

The training course is for those who wish to develop their organisation’s CSR policy including CEOs/MDs, executive teams, senior leadership, HR managers and CSR professionals. The course is also suitable for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of the importance of CSR in the workplace.

The course is endorsed by the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) and counts towards personal development CPD.
