Entry Requirements
You will likely already have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt before enrolling on this programme. Experience of process design, management and improvement may be accepted in lieu of a formal certification.
Progression
After completing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt you could complete the Master Black Belt programme and examination.
Qualification
CSSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (exam fees included).
