The NPS Centralised Services Team is running this bite-sized training course for managers all about complaints and commendations.

About this event

The NPS Centralised Services Team is running 4 bite-sized training modules over the 2021/22 year, aimed at managers. There will two sessions for each topic so you can sign up to the session that best suits you. We would be so grateful if you could make attending these one-hour sessions a priority. We hope to make them of use to you in your role as a manager.

The Spring Module's topic is "Complaints and Commendations".

We will talk about:

  • Identifying a complaint.
  • The Complaints Procedure and your role within it.
  • What is a commendation?
  • The importance of commendations and celebrating your team's success!
