What is the accommodation like?

There are 2 camping fields with plenty of room for tents and vans. There are also 2 x 6 bed dorms with bunks - 1 female and 1 male (18+) and spaces in these will be on a first come, first served basis via the booking page. Both bunk rooms share one bathroom. You would need to bring your own bedding.

What do I need to bring?

All things ready for a great weekend of camping in Cornwall! You will also need  to provide your own breakfast food. There is limited fridge space available for perishable items - please bag and label these. If you are in a bunk room you need to bring sleeping bag, pillow and towels etc

What food is included in the price?

Friday night: welcome BBQ.
Saturday lunch:  food to build your own picnic 
Saturday night: a wonderful feast of pan-Asian flavours from the incredible Celi’s Kitchen!
Sunday lunch:  A proper pasty (please bring any other food that you might like to accompany this)

Where can I surf during the weekend?

Crackington, Widemouth, Bude and Sandymouth offer great surfing beaches 25 mins to the north and all the delights of Polzeath can be found 25 mins to the south.

What else is nearby?

Tintagel, Trebarwith and Bossiney are all within minute’s drive (or a brisk hike) and make up the incredible view.

If I am in a bunk room, how do I organise breakfast?

The kitchen in the barn is equipped with crockery and cutlery, there are facilities for making hot drinks, and room to sit and enjoy the view as you eat your breakfast. There is also fridge space available.

Are there electric hook ups?

There may be a very few EHUs available at an additional cost per night and which will need an extra long lead.  Please email office@christiansurfers.co.uk to enquire further

Will there be something for kids to do?

YES! This year we have the amazing Claire who will be providing activities for all children (not teens) during the main session times on Saturday x2 and Sunday x1 morning.

Is it a Dry Site?

No :) please feel free to bring your favourite tipple of choice for sharing, dinner or campfire chats.

Is there crockery for us to us?

Accepted Answer

There are limited mugs etc available but we would like to strongly encourage you to bring your own crockery to use throughout the weekend. There is plenty of space to wash up.
